To obtain the NeLC Professional Certificate - Foundation Level: 

•  Create an Account on the Professional Certificates Platform.
• Upload (the required certificates and documents).
• Complete the training on the foundation level by one of the training institutions listed on the NeLC portal.
• Practice eLearning (30 credit hours) in a government institution, private sector, or non-profit sector.
• Upload proof of practicing eLearning (30 credit hours).
• Pay the fees.
