The process of issuing Institution License:

• Access the National eLearning Center’s portal, click on (Licensing).
• select (Institutions Standards Qualification).
• Access the Qualification Platform and select the qualification program.
• Fill the registration form or register through FutureX.
• Complete the qualification program. 
• Evaluate the program and earn the certificate.
