To create Institution’s Representative Account on the Licensing Platform:

1. Fill the (Registration Form) on the Licensing Platform. 
2. (Attach the required documents) based on the institution's type (Government or private).
3. Provide the representative’s information and attach the authorization letter.
4. Activate the Account.
