• What is meant by qualifying platform provider service?
  A service that enables national business specialized in educational technology to join as a verified platform provider with the National eLearning Center.

  After fulfilling all NeLC standards and technical requirements, the provider will be announced on FutureX and will receive a certificate as “Qualified Platform provider ”.
  
  
• What is the validity period of “Qualified Platform provider ” certificate?
  The certificate is valid for 1 years and can be renewed according to the NeLC terms.
  
  
• Are there qualification programs for platform provider ?
  Yes, there are synchronous and asynchronous qualification programs that are provided based on the institution’s needs.

• Can the provider receive “Platform provider Certificate” before completing the technical integration?
  No, the technical integration with the NeLC must be completed to obtain the certificate.
  
  
• If the request is rejected, can I apply as platform provider again?
  Yes, based on the NeLC requirements and controls.

  • The content developer should follow the content development methodology approved by the platform.
  • The content developer should have soft communication skills (transparency - communication - adaptation and flexibility).

  After agreeing to join as content developer, the superscription fees will be determined based on requirements, policies and a service agreement signed with the National eLearning Center.

  By directly signing a contract between the beneficiary and the providers, the Platform role is to ensure the quality of the content based on DNA methodology.

• Who will provide the instructional designer?
  The instructional designer shall be provided by the content developer.

• Will the content be approved if it violates some of the NeLC standards?
  The content should follow the DNA methodology and NeLC standards to be approved.

• Does DNA methodology applied on all types of content?
  No, DNA methodology applied only on content in Video format.  

• Is there a training for content developers?
  Yes, if needed.
