Author can join DNAx by:
Nomination by DNAx team
- The author is nominated and contacted by DNAx team to discuss the project.
- Invite the author to attend training course on DNA methodology and review the authoring guide after approval.
- Invite the author to participate as an author in a project on DNAx Platform after completing the course.
- Fill the project requirements, if any, by the coordinator and assign the authors on DNAx Platform.
- DNAx Team will review the requirements.
- The author starts to work on the requirements by clicking on (Create New DNA).
- After creating the DNA, fill the (Basic information-content-activity- DNA review).
- After submitting the information for review, the arbitrator will review and notify the author by email if any comments or modification required.

Nomination by external project
- Conduct induction meeting on DNA methodology and the work mechanism for (Authors) who have been nominated by the applicant institution.
- Invite the author to attend training course on DNA methodology and review the authoring guide.
- Invite the applicant coordinator to DNAx and provide instructions on how to create projects and assign authors.
- Invite authors to the project by the institution's coordinator.
- Insert the project requirements by the institution's coordinator.
- Start the authoring journey on DNAx Platform.
- After submitting the information for review, the arbitrator will review and notify the author by email if any comments or modification required.
- In case the content was aligned with the arbitration card, it gets approved and moved into the design phase.
